Vurthak

A half-dragon commander of the Burning Banner, called a spawn of the Maimed Virulence. Also known as Dragonsoul Vurthac. Controls all river traffic on this stretch and "questions" any boat that deviates. Boarded the Arbitus and is currently bloodied but still standing.
