Dregoth Cultists

Followers of Dregoth, the undead sorcerer-king of Giustenal, a city-state destroyed long ago and now a ruin beneath the earth. Dregoth himself is a dracolich of immense power who survived his assassination and now plots his return and revenge against the remaining sorcerer-kings. His cultists pursue his agenda on the surface world.

Their presence in the plaza field camp alongside The Templars and Noble House Soldiers makes them one of three hostile factions the party must navigate in Episode 11.
