The Alliance

Also known as the Veiled Alliance. A clandestine resistance network operating beneath Raam in the cistern and aqueduct channel systems below the slums. The Alliance has gone to considerable lengths to remain hidden and unsuspected by the city's surface factions. Their underground network connects through secret entrances: a dry well in the central plaza and another near the city walls at the edge of The Slums.

Their existence was revealed to the party by Leviath in Episode 11. They had been providing her with sanctuary while Korno's slums faction operated above.

Notes

The Alliance's secrecy is their primary asset and primary vulnerability. The Templars searching the cisterns would expose the entire network. The party is moving to formalise an alliance with them to counter the Templars and Dregoth Cultists.
