Serenola the Whisperer

A shapechanger who appears as a great owl, and the shaman who represents the Emerald Enclave in the region. She hardly ever comes into the city, spending most of her time around her grove at the edge of The Quivering Wood. She serves as Petra's contact, and descended during a night watch to give the party their instructions for Kabel's Hill.
