The Skull

A skull recovered from the remains of the sand elemental defeated in The Cisterns during Episode 11. The skull was originally thrown into the aqueduct by Dregoth Cultists after they detected the party descending through the outer well. It animated into a huge sand elemental, pulling stone and sand into itself over time — the longer the party had taken to descend, the larger it would have grown.

On the elemental's defeat the skull fell free from the collapsing mass. Her moved in and took it from the wreckage.

Notes

Significance unknown. The fact that the Dregoth Cultists used it as a weapon suggests it may be a reusable or repurposable tool of elemental summoning. Worth investigating.
