The Cisterns

An underground network of cisterns and aqueduct channels running beneath Raam. The Alliance hides here and uses these tunnels as the infrastructure of their resistance operation. The network is accessed from the surface via a secret entrance whose location is closely guarded.

Two known surface access points: a close entrance near The Plaza, and a further entrance deeper into The Slums.
