Valejo Castle

A castle in Phlan. In a vision granted to Tiz it appeared half in ruin, a shadowy winged dragon perched atop it with talons crumbling the stone, while Cult of the Dragon figures marched a column of prisoners toward it. How much of that reflects its true present state is unknown.
