Raam

The city-state in which the campaign has been based throughout. Raam is one of the city-states of Athas, ruled until recently by The Padshah as head of the Gulbadan faction, with The Gulbadan Maulani serving as Grand Vizier. The city suffered a catastrophic event known as the Inundation of Raam, during which the Padshah died.
The party has operated across multiple districts and locations within Raam, navigating a complex web of factions including The Templars, Noble House Soldiers, Dregoth Cultists, The Wardens, The Alliance, and the remnants of Gulbadan power.
